Attaining the gold-level competency consisted of meeting Microsoft® requirements on a number of important factors. Proxios employees passed multiple gold-level competency exams, including business and technical assessments. In addition, the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index Survey was utilized to measure performance and drive further customer satisfaction.
